Monday in Dunnellon

I forgot to mention the dance we attended with Joe and Kim Saturday night. We had a terrific time. The entertainer was a one man entertainment center. He did a real good job, singing songs of the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's. He sure was worth whatever they paid him! We had a wonderful time. We also had tired legs and feet, but a little ibuprofen handled that just fine. Lori was up typing away on email Way early this morning. She had four in the Outbox when I woke up. People got multiple copies...but at least we are connected. We followed Steve, Susie, and little Susie into Donnellon. Little Susie went to pre-school. We picked Dick Reed up at his motel and went to Breakfast at the Citrus Grill. We had a well deserved, and needed breakfast. Steve and Susie are regulars there. Excellent time was had visiting, and the food was good also. We returned to camp, everyone else went to Crystal River for the day. We waterproofed our camper... The Sun was out and the wind was light. We put down our awning as well. Then we just hung around resting, tree staring, and being lazy all afternoon. We took out the guitar and fiddle and worked on some new music. We got quite a large audience in a very littl while. The rest of the crew arrived around 3:30... So we left again to attend a jam in Inverness. There were many musicians there and they were pretty good. Lori and I did a couple numbers each. The jam was over before we got another turn. Lori declared it to be Fun. I had a good time too. I played Barre chords on most of the songs I was playing in the background. It was a a perfect opportunity for that. The jam was probably 35-40 miles away from this park. Steve says that all the jams are quite a drive. The good news is that there Are jams! The jam ended at 9PM. We arrived back here just about 10... It has been a long day but a good day!
