Tuesday...written Wed...posted Thur

Tuesday.... We started the day with a trip to town to catch up on email and so on.  We had our usual MickeyD breakfast.  I have been drinking all leaded coffee on this trip.  It was foggy when we drove to town,    Lori and I went on a nature hike.  Kim was hiking as well, but we didn't meet her.  We walked some farther than yesterday perhaps three miles all told. Lunch was at the camper, then we just vegged in our reclining chairs.  I fell asleep, perhaps so did Lori?  Kim had made arrangements for a jam near our campsite. She drove up and we all went over to Jim's.  The venue had been changed to Darlene's close by.  We met several good musicians and real nice folks. We jammed for about 3 hours.   At 4 we went to another house where even more musicians were waiting.  Dee our hostess, had invited us to stay for supper.  Fried chicken and all the fixins.  We played music for about 2 hours first however.  This has been a fantastic day of music.  Even Lori  felt that we almost had done enough!   We came home around 8 and sat out under the stars for awhile before we went to bed....a very satisfying day!   I am beginning to think we should have figured on two weeks here at Buttonwood Bay...Next year?!
